We offer shipping across India. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a returned item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services and hope to offer this option in the near future.

MISSING OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment is delayed or missing, please first check the tracking information provided. If the issue persists, contact us and we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We take care to package our products securely. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

HIGH-VALUE ITEMS

For items over ₹6,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery. We do not guarantee that we will receive returned items without a tracking number.
